Perhaps he will enjoy the same status as the unelected North East Assembly some time soon?

Don't you get it "anonymous"? You don't have to be elected by anyone to hold a public body democratically accountable. This is the whole point of democracy - the government, from the Prime Minister right down to the parish councillor of Upper Dribblethwaite, is accountable to ordinary people.

Neil tried to get elected and failed - at least he tried.

What's the Assembly got to do with anything? Well, you're talking about him not being elected - neither is the North East Assembly but they hold statutory powers over the region. My point was that you don't have to be elected by anyone to voice an opinion or take part in democracy. That's the whole point of democracy.

You don't have to listen to what he says - you can always piss off to tonyblair.com and love up to your immitation socialist chums.

Anonymous, your comments make no sense. No one is being forced to listen to Neil at all. What some people are being forced to listen to are examples of illegal activity as defined by British law brought to our attention by Neil Herron.

Others are also invited to listen to the larger percentage of voters in the North East who happened to answer NO to a particularly interesting and important question regarding elected regional assemblies.

Mr. Herron has also brought to our attention some rather interesting intellectual and also very real conflicts and situations that have arisen from a judgment on law in the Metric Martyrs case.

Your personal attack on Mr. Herron makes you look foolish. It lacks any base from which credibility can be drawn and is, frankly, of schoolboy calibre. Try harder. Some advice, base your attempts on objective material rather than subjective blather.
