Robin de Crittenden Skeleton Argument submitted to the High Court

Robin Decrittenden was set to appeal the previous High Cort decision where he was refused leave for a Judicial Review against the National Parking Adjudication Service.
This was the case where Justice Collins stated that a fine was not a fine ... it was a civil responsibility.
Robin's hearing before Mr. Justice Scott Baker was scheduled for 12.30pm on Monday 13th November and he was to drive down to London on the day to present his case.
However, he went out to his car on the morning to find every single window had been smashed. Communications with the court for an adjournment proved unsuccessful and Robin had to fax his skeleton argument to the Court to be considered by the Judge.
The Judge is familiar to the Metric Martyrs. This is from the BBC Website ...
"Mr Justice Scott Baker ordered that their (the Metric Martyrs) appeals, expected to last up to five days, should begin on 19 November.
After being told of the wide public concern, the judge called for the biggest available courtroom in the Royal Courts of Justice in London to be set aside for the hearing.
He said: "I shall await with interest to see what happens."
Well, couple of points Judge.
Number one ... the Court wasn't big enough 'cos Steve Thoburn couldn't get in through the crowds until the security guards realised who he was ... then it was handshakes all round.
Number two ... let us hope that your interest in 'what happens' is sufficient to keep the issue rolling.
Robin's submission is below...
