Hi there Philip Nixon here, well the inevitable happened NPAS ruled that the PCN and subsequent doccumentation from the council was indeed all correct and legal and said that the case bore no resembleance to Als Bar and Aspire as these were PATAS cases. Just goes to show how corrupt these people are...independant my a**se.
A strongly worded formal letter of appeal and complaint will shortly be on its way to Caroline Shepard.
