The only one officially opened as of right now is http://boltoncouncil.org which is itself only a week into operating, expect interesting happenings :o)
The rest of them are there and available for use but local-people.org is a small organisation yet, they can only realistically deal with the promotion of one site at a time, if you are reading this and would like to man/promote a message board for your area get in touch.
