Parking Paradox created in Sunderland

The latest appellant came into the office the other day. Could have sworn I'd seen him somewhere before.

He had received a parking ticket outside the Council Offices while attending the very same offices to pay another fine.

The Blue Badge Holder did not see any signs.

However, it appears as though he has yet to commit the contravention ... as can be seen from the close-up photograph.

He has an NPAS hearing coming up but he is worried that if he attends and wins and then does not park in that location on 24th August next year and commit the contravention then a paradox will be created.

The driver does not object to his photograph being published.

There is a global warming aspect to this case as well ... more will be revealed.

That just shows how competent the PA's are who are still working in Sunderland. The first thing you are supposed to do on a morning when you get your camera is check the time and the date.

i have a company on villiers street and after wondering why some of the pa are so far up there own bottom i worked it out.
the last three senior pa have been in there own world, joanne who now works in a sandwich shop was hiding behind corners victimising customers moving them on and giving out tickets, tony watson who now works in a fishing tackle shop in hendon used to follow people to give out tickets if they upset him but say anything to him and you were in trouble shout at him and runs and cowers and now the new one 266 i think the less said the better, if these are the seniors no wonder the current staff are incompetant. They are meant to be set an example well all i can say is oh dear oh dear!! keep up the good work Neil you be surprised who and how many are behind you on this !
