News came into the office today via a Luton Parking Attendant that their newly printed PCNs are ready (he believes they have been altered to include the correct wording) but he is aware that all the old ones (which are unlawfully worded) have to be used up first!
This is the contempt that these local authorities have for the motorist and the law.
