F1 NED goes to London ...

First stop ... Camden and it was tipping it down.

The driving advert for ParkingAppeals.co.uk headed south on Monday. With the registration number F1 NED and double yellow lines on the side and covered with parking tickets it was most certainly a head turner and didn't disappoint.

We spent Monday filming with BBC London in Camden ... beginning in Swain's Lane.

This followed a little visit six weeks or so ago where we attempted to get a ticket in the non-compliant bays. As usual it proved difficult and none of the Parking Attendants would issue.

However, one resident, London Motorist Action Group's Alex Henney, did park there and got a ticket. He appealed on the fact that the signs and lines were non-compliant and therefore should not be enforced ... and his ticket was cancelled.

Camden have since corrected ALL the unlawful bays in the street ... but not across the rest of Camden. If you want to know how to successfully appeal then visit ParkingAppeals.co.uk
