"A spokesperson for NCP said drivers would continue to receive the £25 tickets until they learnt to park properly."

I have an idea ... if we all posted the £30 parking fine to Neil and his campaign then pretty soon the money pot would be big enough for these guys to fight on our behalf mroe effectively.

Had I not been otherwise engaged I would be up in Sunderland for the hearing and I am now setting up my own website and blog about how WE the honest, law-abiding, tax paying, hard working people of this nation are being systematically targeted as a "soft touch" by the neo-nazi facists running the government, local councils etc.

I used to look at the BBC website first thing every day - now I just read Neils Blog.

"Beat the dog enough - eventually he's gonna bite you!"
