In this instance, people were targeted for not parking 'straight' in the bays. There are many who are fuming so we told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph we would join them up in a class action.

Nice to see that NCP are taking on the role of the Driver Standards Agency as well these days.
I have an idea ... if we all posted the £30 parking fine to Neil and his campaign then pretty soon the money pot would be big enough for these guys to fight on our behalf mroe effectively.
Had I not been otherwise engaged I would be up in Sunderland for the hearing and I am now setting up my own website and blog about how WE the honest, law-abiding, tax paying, hard working people of this nation are being systematically targeted as a "soft touch" by the neo-nazi facists running the government, local councils etc.
I used to look at the BBC website first thing every day - now I just read Neils Blog.
