This document was obtained under FoI and relates to a meeting at the DfT HQ between officals, councils and the adjudication service in 2004 two years after the publication of the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002 ... which defines a CPZ at Regulation4.The definition of a CPZ is at the centre of the Judicial Review currently before the High Court in a case which is being defended by the Parking Adjudicator, Sunderland City Council AND the Treasury Solicitors.
