Driver Gets Tickets as He Tries to Save His Dying Wife ... and again, it is an NCP Parking Attendant slapping on a ticket

NCP are making the news on a regular basis ... for all the wrong reasons again. If anyone ever doubted whether decriminalised parking was simply a cash-cow for all connected with the industry read the story below ... and remember to watch BBC 1 7.30pm Monday.

The failings lie with the training regime and management. The on-street PAs simply do what they are instructed ... issue, issue, issue. Let the motorist appeal.

DRIVER GETS TICKET AS HE TRIES TO SAVE DYING WIFE

A DRIVER who pulled over when his wife had a fatal heart attack was booked by traffic wardens.
The distraught pensioner was forced to stop on double yellow lines outside a doctors' surgery to call 999.
He went with his dying wife, who has not been named, in the ambulance but returned to his car to find a £50 ticket.

was there a note on the window did he inform ANYBODY why the vehicle was there if not then how would traffic wardens know not to issue?
i was parked in houghton on friday when the attendant on the bike (261) came around i informed him the reason why my vehicle was there and it was left alone thank you to him but storys like this arent to anyone advantage because its a attendant doing something nice

Note was left by one of the resus team and a member of the public also told the PA. I am sure that the press story covered this.

261 Parking Attendant has been ticketing illigally on Henderson Rd.He has given tickets when the time plates were defaced.
He has issued to disabled people while they were visiting sick relations in hospital shame on tou Lowery.

Any driver who gets a ticket should write in and say "IT is my car but I was not the driver" ticket will be cancelled
