if in Northamptonshire, CHALLENGE EVERY PCN's issued, co most are not legal.
Re:- Signs, lines, T.R.O.'s, CEO's uniforms, Mobile Motorcycle CEO's are not able to issue pcn whilst wearing there crash helmets, they need to remove them & put on there FLAT CAPS, they DON'T, as it's in the lockers at base.
CHALLENGE them ALL in OUNDLE, bays not correctly marked, & signs are missing.
Challenge them all in BRACKLEY, 3 hrs bays NOT enforceable, TRO is missing, DYLs in Manor road are not TEED OFF.
GET REAL...............CHALLENGE EVERY TICKET ISSUED
