Tonight with Trevor Mc Donald: Parking Fines Friday 4th November 8pm

The programme goes out this Friday 4th November at 8pm and concentrates on decriminalised parking enforcement and in particular the NCP operation in Sunderland and Brighton.
Neil Herron spent last Friday filming around Sunderland highlighting the massive technical flaws in Sunderland's operation, and in the interview covered the Bill of Rights perspective and the national decriminalised parking enforcement picture.

A NCP insider in Sunderland has said that they are 'not concerned' about the programme as they have had negative press before.
The insider has also said that they are not concerned about the investigation by Sunderland Council's internal audit as it will be swept under the carpet and will be old news in a few weeks. They said that matters 'are in hand.' They stated that the council will put it's hands up to a few technical errors and say that they have made every effort to correct matters.
Also, the Government is preparing to assist the Council as it will not want one of its Labour councils publicly censured.
This might explain the delay in receiving information from the Department for Transport.

However, this false bravado by NCP may be to cover up the fact that there is evidence that they are complicit in the Sunderland cover-up and by continuing to issue unlawful PCNs they are part of the conspiracy to obtain money by deception.
This will be replicated across the
They are also not aware of the potential for a Police investigation, which because of the national implications, cannot be covered up. There are too many people now intent on self-preservation for them all to be involved in sweeping this one under the carpet.

Very intersting. Got caught out myself in Frederick St.
One warden told me I was OK for parking with the Blue Badge but the next one up the street 5 minutes later booked me for not showing my clock.
It was only 9.30 and I am allowed 2 hours on a blue badge anyway.
Trouble was that the warden writing the ticket when I returned was under training and the supervisor was pig headed.
Will watch how this develops with interest.
